Host/Hostess- The Mimosa House at Mimosa House LLC – Folsom, California

The Mimosa House is a family-owned brunch restaurant known for great food, craft mimosas, and a welcoming, high-energy atmosphere. Our hosts are the first impression of our restaurant and play a key role in setting the tone for every guest experience.

• Greet guests with a warm, friendly attitude
• Manage waitlists and reservations (OpenTable experience is a plus)
• Seat guests efficiently while maintaining proper table rotation
• Communicate clearly with servers and management to manage flow
• Answer phones and assist with guest inquiries
• Maintain a clean, organized host stand and entrance area
• Provide menus and ensure guests feel welcomed from the moment they arrive

• Customer service or hospitality experience preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to stay calm and professional in a fast-paced environment
• Friendly, outgoing personality
• Weekend and holiday availability required
