Position Overview

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans

• Provide high-quality outpatient Physical Therapy care

• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment as needed

• Supervise Physical Therapy Assistants and support staff

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation

• Educate patients on recovery, pain science and injury prevention

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team
