About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Marketing Director to lead, design, and execute Premier’s organization wide marketing strategy across digital, traditional, and content channels.

This role serves as the senior leader of the marketing function, with full responsibility for strategy, team leadership, budget oversight, brand management, and performance measurement. The Marketing Director works closely with executive leadership, service teams, and IT to ensure marketing efforts directly support business priorities, service growth, and organizational reputation.

This position requires strong strategic judgment, operational discipline, and the ability to translate data and market insight into measurable results.

What You’ll Do

  • Develop and own Premier’s annual marketing strategy, including brand positioning, enterprise goals, and actionable growth roadmaps aligned with service delivery and organizational priorities
  • Lead, coach, and oversee the marketing department, including hiring, performance management, and professional development, while fostering strong cross functional collaboration
  • Create, manage, and oversee the marketing department budget, ensuring responsible spending, measurable return on investment, and sound financial judgment
  • Direct the planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, content, events, and traditional channels from concept through completion
  • Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity to identify opportunities, risks, and strategic adjustments
  • Ensure consistent, compliant, and high quality brand messaging across all platforms, audiences, and service lines
  • Partner closely with service teams, IT, and executive leadership to align marketing initiatives with operational priorities and customer experience
  • Define, track, and take accountability for key performance indicators and campaign outcomes, using data to support leadership decisions and continuous improvement
  • Lead digital transformation efforts through the adoption and optimization of CRM, AI enabled tools, SEO, and analytics platforms to improve engagement and experience

Requirements:

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
  • 5+ years in senior marketing leadership with proven results
  • Demonstrated success leading strategy, managing budgets, and delivering measurable results
  • Strong expertise in digital marketing, analytics, CRM systems, and marketing platforms
  • Proven ability to lead complex initiatives and collaborate with executive teams

Preferred Qualifications

  • Proven track record in marketing for B2B, Healthcare, Nonprofit, Home Care Services, or related industries
  • Familiarity with marketing automation tools
