Caregiver (DSP) Full-Time, Monday thru Friday at RELIANT SERVICES – Provo, Utah

Whether you’re supporting individuals in their homes or out in the community, you’ll play a key role in helping people build independence, confidence, and meaningful lives. Every day is different, every interaction matters, and every success—big or small—is shared.

• Create a safe, positive, and uplifting environment for both clients and teammates
• Support individuals with daily living activities (hygiene, meals, mobility, and more)
• Provide engaging, hands-on support aligned with personalized care plans
• Build meaningful relationships while encouraging social, emotional, and physical growth
• Stay on top of documentation and compliance (we’ll train you!)
• Communicate updates and changes clearly with leadership and care teams
• Participate in trainings, team huddles, and ongoing development opportunities
• Show up ready, reliable, and energized for each shift

• Experience supporting individuals with disabilities (preferred, but heart and willingness go a long way!)
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• A positive attitude and genuine passion for helping others
• Reliability and flexibility
• A valid driver’s license and dependable transportation

• Active role: walking, standing, bending, lifting (up to 50 lbs with proper support equipment)
• Ability to stay attentive in dynamic, high-energy environments
