As a Principal Technical Solution Architect, you will serve as a trusted advisor, leading the design and delivery of complex, multi-year client solutions across hybrid, cloud, and managed service environments. You will engage with executives and cross-functional teams to shape strategies, influence roadmaps, and ensure technical solutions align with business objectives. This role requires deep expertise across infrastructure technologies, strong leadership in solution architecture, and the ability to navigate large-scale transformation initiatives. You will mentor other solution consultants, elevate solution maturity, and directly contribute to driving measurable business and technology outcomes. The environment is dynamic, collaborative, and strategic, providing opportunities to impact enterprise-level technology programs.

• Act as the lead architect for complex, high-value client initiatives, guiding end-to-end solution design across cloud, hosting, network, security, storage, DR, DevOps, and governance
• Lead executive-level discovery and strategy discussions to secure buy-in for multi-platform, transformational solutions
• Partner with Sales, Consulting, Product, PMO, and Delivery teams to develop integrated pursuit, solution, and execution strategies
• Develop and present technical solutions and business cases to executive, technical, and financial stakeholders
• Oversee solution and migration plans, including project frameworks, cutover runbooks, and operational handoff
• Collaborate with finance and pricing teams on multi-year financial models and value-based service offerings
• Mentor and guide other Solution Consultants, sharing best practices and raising architectural standards

Requirements:

• 10+ years of experience as a solution architect or senior technical consultant in managed infrastructure or service provider environments
• Proven delivery of large-scale, multi-year enterprise infrastructure or transformation deals ($20M+ TCV) as the primary technical owner
• Deep expertise across compute, storage, network, security, backup, DR, DevOps, and IT governance
• Experience designing hybrid infrastructure solutions including public cloud (AWS and/or Azure) with depth in traditional hosting and managed infrastructure
• Demonstrated success in leading complex sales cycles and executive-level solution positioning
• Strong skills in facilitating discovery, assessment, and solution design workshops
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, or a related technical discipline
• Major industry certifications (cloud, architecture, or infrastructure-related) preferred
• Proven ability to operate autonomously in complex, ambiguous environments while mentoring others
