Accountabilities:
  • Serve as a trusted technical advisor for public sector clients, providing guidance on DevSecOps, security, and compliance strategies aligned with mission objectives
  • Engage with executive stakeholders during pre-sales, demonstrating platform value, supporting modernization, and enabling secure software delivery
  • Build and maintain relationships with Chief Information Security Officers, Chief Technology Officers, and other senior technical leaders
  • Translate complex technical solutions into actionable business insights and practical adoption strategies
  • Contribute to public sector thought leadership by participating in standards discussions, content creation, and industry events
  • Gather field feedback and collaborate with internal teams to inform product strategy, playbooks, and technical enablement resources
  • Support multi-level customer education to ensure successful deployment, adoption, and long-term satisfaction

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience in DevSecOps, information technology security, and AI-enabled platforms, preferably within public sector environments

  • Strong understanding of software development lifecycles, CI/CD practices, cloud technologies, and security/compliance frameworks
  • Demonstrated ability to create technical content, deliver presentations, and communicate complex strategies to executives and technical teams
  • Experience in regulatory, cybersecurity, and compliance assessments in mission-driven or highly regulated contexts
  • Excellent collaboration, coordination, and problem-solving skills across multiple stakeholders and time zones
  • Strong executive presence with the ability to influence, advise, and guide decision-makers without direct line management responsibility

Benefits:

  • Competitive compensation reflecting expertise and impact
  • Flexible remote or hybrid work environment
  • Professional growth opportunities through strategic engagements with public sector clients
  • Access to resources supporting health, wellness, and work-life balance
  • Participation in thought leadership initiatives, industry events, and technical communities
  • Inclusive culture emphasizing collaboration, transparency, and results-driven performance
