About the Role:

As a Care Administration Officer, you will play a key role in supporting our Care Management team to deliver outstanding, client-centred care. Youll balance administration, client coordination, and relationship-building while ensuring every client receives personalised support to live independently at home.

Based in our Birkdale and Springwood Offices, you will support a local client base throughout metro south Brisbane and Redlands.

What Youll Be Doing:

  • Support Care Managers in delivering client-centred care that promotes independence and dignity at home Assist with onboarding new clients and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients and their families
  • Manage and maintain accurate client documentation across CRM systems and platforms
  • Respond to phone and email enquiries with professionalism, warmth, and efficiency
  • Follow up on client leads and referrals, providing a consultative and caring approach to service recommendations Assist with scheduling and matching appropriate Caregivers to clients
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Build strong community connections and act as a trusted resource for aged care support

About you:

  • A highly organised professional with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities
  • A compassionate communicator who builds trust easily and genuinely enjoys helping others Experience in administration, customer service, or aged care (desirable)
  • Knowledge of aged care or Home Care Packages / Support at Home (desirable)
  • Confident using technology including CRM systems and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • A proactive team player who can also work independently and take ownership of their role
  • Demonstrates integrity, discretion, and sound judgement in all interactions
  • Motivated to learn, grow, and continuously improve
