KRA / Key Statistics:

- Stores SOP Knowledge

- SAP knowledge

- Planning and execution of Manpower deployment

- Planning and execution of Daily production requirement adherence

- Preservation and stores knowledge

Major responsibilities:

1. Preparation of daily/monthly MIS in coordination with stores outsources agency & internal customer

2. Executing all the Day-to-Day Stores Function as per the SOP (Standard Operating Procedure).

3. Maintain all store reports in Manual/ SAP and review of Stores DWM on daily basis

4. Responding to internal customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner

5. Motivating the Stores team to meet daily target by training and mentoring staff.

6. responsible for managing/maintain the assets of the store in good condition

7. Close coordination with MRP/Subcontracting team for timly issue raw components to be processed from outside vendors

8. Inventory control – Maintaining overall inventory as per SAP stock (no stock mismatch).

9. Coordinate with purchase and Finance department for Timely GRN and invoice submission

10. Submit MIS Reports to various stake holders within stipulated time

Formal education: Any graduate

Professional experience: Relevant experience in manufacturing / Engineering industry

Functional Skills:

· Knowledge of Entire stores processes

. Knowledge of SAP MM Module (S4HANA preferable)

· Good Communication & drafting skills

· Presentation skills

· Proficiency in MS Office / Data Management
