About This Position
Job Summary: The Residential Concierge is responsible for delivering exceptional service to residents of a luxury residential property. This role involves managing daily operations, addressing resident requests, and providing personalized assistance to enhance the living experience within the community.
Key Responsibilities:
Guest Services:
- Greet residents and their guests warmly, creating a welcoming atmosphere.
- Assist with the check-in and orientation of new residents, providing information about building amenities and services.
- Will cover valets for breaks, busy days and/or staff shortage.
Personalized Assistance:
- Anticipate residents' needs and provide tailored recommendations for dining, entertainment, and local attractions.
- Coordinate and manage special requests, such as event planning and other requests as needed.
Administrative Duties:
- Maintain an organized front desk area and ensure all resident inquiries are logged and addressed promptly.
- Oversee package and mail deliveries, ensuring secure and timely distribution to residents.
- Manage reservations for amenities such as the fitness center, rooftop terrace, or event spaces.
Communication:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for residents, fostering open communication and addressing any concerns or feedback.
- Collaborate with maintenance, housekeeping, and security teams to ensure smooth operations and prompt response to resident needs.
Qualifications:
- Education: High school diploma required; a degree in hospitality management or a related field is preferred.
- Experience: Previous experience in a luxury hospitality or residential concierge role is highly desirable.
- MUST have Valid Drivers License (at least 2yrs)

- Customer Service: Exceptional interpersonal skills and a passion for delivering high-quality service.
- Problem-Solving: Strong ability to anticipate needs and resolve issues efficiently.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to interact with a diverse clientele.
- Multitasking: Ability to manage multiple requests simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Technology: Proficient in using property management software and basic office equipment.
Working Conditions:
- Schedule: Must be available to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required by operational needs.
Benefits:

Physical Requirements:
- Willingness to work in the elements heat, wind, rain, etc.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull at least 25 pounds.
- Ability to stand, walk, and run for extended periods.
- Ability to bend, stoop, squat, and lift frequently throughout a shift.
