This role leads corporate marketing strategy, shaping the brand narrative and translating complex technical and policy concepts into clear, compelling messages for diverse audiences. You will oversee integrated marketing programs across digital, events, PR, and content, while collaborating closely with internal teams and external agencies. The position is strategic and hands-on, requiring strong storytelling, audience segmentation, and brand management skills. Success in this role comes from balancing creative vision with measurable outcomes, driving consistency and impact across all communications channels, and influencing both internal leadership and external stakeholders. This is an opportunity to elevate brand presence, support mission-driven initiatives, and create meaningful engagement with executives, partners, and industry audiences.
- Develop and maintain differentiated messaging, value propositions, and positioning for multiple audience segments, including executives, fleets, policymakers, and partners
- Lead corporate marketing programs spanning brand storytelling, demand generation, content strategy, digital campaigns, PR, and events
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate complex concepts into accessible, executive-ready communications
- Oversee brand standards, external communications, press materials, and executive briefings
- Manage external agencies and vendors to ensure deliverables meet quality, scope, and budget requirements
- Track marketing performance metrics and tie outcomes to organizational goals and policy impact
- Build processes and operating rhythms to ensure efficient project management and internal alignment
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or master’s in marketing, communications, or a related field preferred
- 12+ years of marketing leadership experience, including messaging, product/solutions marketing, and brand storytelling
- Proven ability to develop and manage brand messaging, audience personas, and value propositions
- Strong project management and process orientation, with experience managing agencies and cross-functional teams
- Exceptional written and verbal communication, capable of translating complex topics for diverse audiences
- Working knowledge of the electric vehicle space; fleet industry familiarity is a plus
- Experience in B2B, B2B2C, or mission-driven organizations is preferred
