This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead end-to-end lifecycle marketing campaigns across email, social, in-product, and digital advertising channels. You will be responsible for driving customer retention, engagement, and expansion by building targeted, data-driven campaigns that resonate with educators and administrators worldwide. The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration with Product and Customer Experience teams to ensure seamless and impactful customer journeys. You will analyze performance metrics, run A/B tests, and optimize campaigns for maximum impact. This position combines strategic thinking, creativity, and technical execution in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment. Your work will directly influence adoption, satisfaction, and long-term loyalty of users globally.
- Own lifecycle marketing campaigns for Teacher and Buyer personas globally, driving retention, expansion, and engagement across email, social, in-product, and ads
- Design omnichannel “evergreen” campaigns, mapping customer journeys to create high-conversion touchpoints
- Collaborate closely with Product teams to develop in-product adoption strategies and triggers
- Align with Customer Experience teams to ensure consistent customer messaging, renewal, and retention funnels
- Conduct A/B tests, personalization experiments, and data analysis to optimize campaigns and drive measurable impact
- Report on campaign performance, turning insights into actionable recommendations and executive-level updates
- 5+ years of experience in Lifecycle Marketing, Growth Marketing, or Customer Marketing, ideally within SaaS or EdTech environments
- Proven ability to craft clear, actionable marketing copy across multiple channels that drives engagement and conversion
- Strong data analysis skills, comfortable designing and executing rigorous A/B tests and deriving insights from performance metrics
- Deep empathy for K-5 educators and administrators, able to translate complex product features into accessible, teacher-friendly benefits
- Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills, with experience working alongside Product and Customer Experience teams
- Bonus: prior classroom experience or personal connection to education is highly valued
- Competitive annual salary: USD 90,000 – USD 105,000
