This role is designed for an experienced client success professional who will drive the adoption, satisfaction, and growth of key client accounts. You will act as a strategic partner to clients, understanding their goals, providing actionable insights, and ensuring the successful delivery of services. This position involves managing complex client relationships, coordinating cross-functional teams, and influencing product and service enhancements to maximize client value. You will play a critical role in retention, expansion, and the overall client experience, contributing to long-term business growth. Strong communication, problem-solving, and strategic thinking are essential, along with the ability to operate in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Accountabilities:
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts, ensuring consistent engagement and satisfaction
  • Develop and execute client success plans, aligning services with client objectives and measurable outcomes
  • Coordinate internal teams to deliver solutions and resolve issues efficiently and effectively
  • Monitor client health metrics, usage data, and feedback to proactively identify risks and opportunities
  • Conduct regular business reviews, provide strategic recommendations, and drive adoption of services
  • Facilitate training sessions, workshops, and onboarding to ensure clients maximize the value of offerings
  • Build and maintain trusted advisor relationships to support retention and account growth
  • Advocate for client needs internally, influencing product, service, and process improvements

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business, healthcare, technology, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in client success, account management, or customer experience roles
  • Proven ability to manage complex client relationships and drive measurable business outcomes
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Analytical mindset with experience leveraging data to inform client strategies and decisions
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders at multiple levels
  • Experience with client success platforms, CRM tools, and data reporting systems
