Rep-Lite is partnering with a fast-growing medical device company to hire a Field Service Technician supporting healthcare facilities throughout the Tampa and Orlando markets, with broader regional travel.

What You’ll DoYou’ll play a key role in keeping systems up and running while delivering an exceptional customer experience:
- Perform preventive maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on advanced medical equipment
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues both on-site and remotely across hospitals and surgical centers
- Provide in-person training and ongoing support to clinical and sterile processing teams
- Maintain detailed, compliant service documentation and reporting
- Identify opportunities to improve performance and implement efficiency-driven solutions
- Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, sales, and internal teams
Background & Experience
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 5+ years of experience in field service, medical device maintenance, biomedical equipment, or sterile processing
- Strong hands-on experience with troubleshooting and repairing equipment
Skill Set
- Natural problem-solver with strong technical and analytical skills
- Confident communicator who can work directly with hospital staff and leadership
- Highly organized with strong attention to documentation and compliance
- Customer-focused mindset with the ability to build lasting relationships
Physical & Travel Requirements
- Ability to lift and move equipment and stand for extended periods
- Willingness to travel 75–90%
- Local territory with a strong concentration of healthcare facilities - no “dead zones”
