- Lead and manage the Performance Marketing Analytics team, developing a robust, scalable, data-driven engine for investment decisions
- Orchestrate project plans to centralize performance measurement and implement predictive analytics across marketing channels
- Provide actionable recommendations on marketing investments, including short-term and lifetime value considerations
- Optimize campaigns through testing, A/B experiments, and cost-of-acquisition reduction strategies
- Standardize KPIs, develop dashboards, and ensure alignment on measurement methodologies with stakeholders
- Ensure data accuracy and reliability by improving data structures, integrating multiple data sources, and championing governance
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, Product, and Technology teams to enhance decision-making and performance outcomes
- Minimum 10 years of experience in Marketing Analytics, omnichannel optimization, or related fields
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Finance, or related field
- Proven track record of increasing marketing ROI and revenue through predictive modeling and testing
- Experience managing and developing high-performing teams
- Expertise in SQL, data mining, business intelligence tools, and advanced Excel
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make data-driven, sometimes unconventional recommendations
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to influence stakeholders at all levels
- Demonstrated curiosity and adaptability in emerging technologies, including practical experience leveraging AI tools to improve processes and results
- Superior organizational skills, process orientation, and attention to detail
- Competitive salary ranging from $144,770 to $195,450 (varies by location and factors like experience; California-specific range $180,730–$244,000)
