You will work directly with clients to deploy, integrate, and operationalize AI-powered workflows, while contributing to the evolution of reusable AI platforms and accelerators. The position blends full-stack engineering, AI implementation, and client-facing solution delivery, providing both hands-on technical challenges and strategic influence on AI deployments. Success in this role means delivering immediate business value to customers while helping shape scalable AI systems for future use. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, apply emerging AI technologies, and transform complex business problems into actionable, production-ready solutions. Travel (~25%) to client sites is required, making this an engaging, dynamic, and high-impact position.
- Deploy and configure AI workflows, agentic automations, and integrations within client enterprise environments.
- Translate business requirements into technical architectures and actionable implementation plans.
- Develop demos, prototypes, and proofs-of-concept to validate AI-driven solutions.
- Build full-stack integrations between enterprise systems, APIs, and AI services, including scripting, microservices, and automation logic.
- Contribute to the development of AI platforms, reusable components, and solution accelerators, capturing patterns and feedback from client deployments.
- Serve as a technical consultant in workshops and discovery sessions, communicating architecture, system behavior, and trade-offs effectively.
- Troubleshoot, optimize, and ensure deployed AI solutions are secure, scalable, and reliable.
- Collaborate with business consultants, product teams, data engineers, and AI/ML engineers to drive successful client outcomes.
- 5–8+ years of experience in software engineering, enterprise integrations, automation systems, or related technical roles.
- Strong engineering foundation with full-stack development or scripting expertise (JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, or similar).
- Experience deploying AI / LLM technologies or AI-powered applications in production environments.
- Client-facing engineering or consulting experience, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for diverse stakeholders.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills to work across cross-functional teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
- ServiceNow development or workflow automation experience, including scripting, APIs, and data models (CMDB, workflow/task tables, knowledge management).
- Experience with AI prototyping, agent-based workflows, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) systems, and integrating LLM APIs.
- Familiarity with vector databases, embeddings, or semantic search.
- Contribution experience to internal platforms, reusable accelerators, or AI product development.
