RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Serve as the Donor Services/Donor Information subject matter expert (SME) and software owner for digitalDONOR, the Partner Portal, the Azure-based AI tissue donor screening platform, and other systems as developed representing clinical and business requirements to the IT and AI teams.
  • Select Technical Vendor management by acting as primary point of contact, managing relationships, service performance, and SLAs.
  • Oversee technical implementation and testing by coordinating cross functional teams to validate logic and outputs, and UAT testing.
  • Drive continuous process improvement by leading and supporting projects, including development of project plans, timeliness, risk assessments and stakeholder communication.
  • Partner Portal administration by overseeing configuration, minor updates, implementing workflow improvements and enhancements.
  • Sharepoint and other low code business tool development for Donor Services by building lists, forms, and automation workflows (for example, a tool to support relationship management or an application to link recipients to donor families).
  • Monitor performance of systems and escalate issues as needed.
  • Develop and conduct training for employees and partners related to owned/contracted software.
  • Develop, maintain and update Standard Operating Procedures related to software.
  • Facilitate change control processes in accordance with quality system requirements related to software.
  • Support or lead investigations for non-conformances related to assigned software systems.

REQUIREMENTS

Education

  • Bachelors degree in Information Systems, Technology or a Lifesciences or Healthcare related field.

Experience

  • 3+ years of experience in business systems analysis, healthcare technology, regulated industry environments.
  • Strong background in clinical chart review, medical record auditing, or clinical data analysis.
  • Experience working within a Quality management system (QMS) and change control environment.
  • Familiarity with managing enterprise systems and vendor-supported platforms, AI-enabled systems or clinical decision support tools, portal administration and user access management, systems integrations, Sharepoint development and workflow automation experience.

Travel

  • Up to 10-20%, Occasional travel will be needed to facilitate in person and onsite interactions for connection to the company mission/culture, building key relationships, attendance at tissue donation and/or technical related annual conferences.

  • Frequent (>75%) stationary position (standing or sitting) while utilizing digital displays
  • Frequent (>75%) fine manipulation using hands and fingers (typing, opening, writing, clicking, paper sorting, etc.)
