- Develop and execute strategies to expand the publisher network and achieve revenue targets
- Identify, prospect, and secure enterprise-level publisher partnerships
- Build and manage a robust sales pipeline with accurate forecasting and opportunity tracking
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment in client communications and business objectives
- Maintain strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders throughout the sales cycle

Requirements:
- 8+ years of experience in publisher sales or business development with a proven track record of success
- Demonstrated experience working with technology platforms in digital advertising or related fields
- Strong ability to manage complex sales cycles and large-scale enterprise relationships
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
