π Full-Time | 40 hrs/week | 1st Shift (7:00 AM β 4:00 PM, flexible)

Weβre looking for Mobility Fleet Mechanics to help bring a large fleet of bikes and scooters back to life as part of a major expansion initiative. If you enjoy working with your hands, solving problems, and being part of a fast-paced team β this is your opportunity to make a real impact.
What Youβll Do- π§ Inspect, maintain, and repair bikes and scooters to ensure theyβre safe, reliable, and ready for riders
- π Help prepare and restore a large fleet for active deployment in a major city expansion
- π Document repairs, track issues, and contribute to improving maintenance processes
- π€ Collaborate with operations teams to keep the fleet running smoothly and efficiently
- π§° Maintain tools, equipment, and workspace in clean, organized condition
- π Identify recurring issues and suggest improvements to workflows and repair standards
- Be part of a major fleet rollout project β your work directly impacts city operations

- π§ 1+ year experience as a bicycle or scooter mechanic (or similar hands-on mechanical work)
- π Strong troubleshooting and repair skills
- π¬ Ability to communicate clearly with team members and operations staff
- β‘ Comfortable working in a fast-paced, field-based environment
- π Flexible schedule (including occasional nights/weekends if needed)
- πͺ Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stay active (standing, bending, cycling as needed)
- π² Comfortable riding bikes/scooters or operating small fleet vehicles
- High School Diploma or GED
- Hands-on mechanical experience (bikes, scooters, or similar equipment)
- Strong attention to detail and pride in quality work
This role supports a large-scale fleet recovery and deployment projectβbikes in storage will be inspected, repaired, and returned to service. Your work ensures riders have safe, reliable transportation from day one.
