About This Position

THIS IS A LIVE-IN POSITION — The House Manager resides on-site at the men's sober living house. Free rent and utilities are included as part of the compensation package.

Oasis Treatment is an integrated behavioral health organization offering trauma-informed care for individuals experiencing substance use disorder, mental health challenges, and co-occurring needs. With multiple locations across Oregon, we provide accessible, culturally responsive care through high-intensity outpatient (HIOP), intensive outpatient (IOP), outpatient, psychiatric services, peer mentoring, and access to recovery housing. We prioritize individualized treatment, measurable outcomes, and compassionate support for every patient we serve.

About the role

You'll be joining a passionate, mission-driven team dedicated to empowering individuals on their path to recovery. As House Manager, you are the on-site presence that keeps the house running — maintaining structure, safety, and accountability for residents in early recovery. You will live at the sober living house and serve as the primary point of contact for residents and staff. Each role at Oasis is grounded in integrity, collaboration, and innovation, with room for leadership and professional growth.

What you’ll do
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the men's sober living house, including move-ins, move-outs, and house upkeep
  • Enforce house rules, maintain structure, and address resident conflicts with a trauma-informed approach
  • Conduct drug screens and monitor resident compliance with program expectations
  • Support clients through person-centered peer services and recovery coaching
  • Coordinate with clinical staff, therapists, and leadership on resident progress and concerns
  • Maintain accurate documentation and contribute to a culture of quality and compliance
  • Serve as the on-site presence that ensures a safe, supportive recovery environment
Qualifications
  • Must have a minimum of 2 years clean and sober
  • Clean driving record and able to pass a background check.
  • Peer certification (CRM, PSS) or relevant behavioral health credential (QMHA, CADC) preferred
  • Experience in behavioral health, addiction treatment, recovery housing, or related social services
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
  • Willingness to live on-site at the sober living house
  • Commitment to serving diverse and underserved communities with empathy and professionalism
