**Hiring Full-Time Leasing Consultant**

As aMonarch Leasing Consultantyou are the first person a prospect or resident meets when they come home. PAY: $19/HR + Up to $100 commission per rental!
$45 a month Blue Cross for yourself and discounted housing available!

Location: Williston, ND

Schedule:
8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday-Friday.Every other Saturday required!

$19/hr plus commissions on move-ins (up to $100 each)

What You Will be Doing:

Manage the leasing process, identifying the needs of potential residents and addressing those needs
Prepare lease agreements and maintain accurate records
Demonstrate an understanding of pricing, floor plans, amenities, and other offerings the community provides while touring prospects
Utilize your creativity to assist with outreach marketing and resident events

What You Need to Have:

Strong computer skills
6 months' experience in multifamily or custom service field
Skilled problem solving
Excellent communication skills
An unmatched dedication to customer service
The drive to learn and get better everyday
