About This Position
We are seeking a friendly, reliable, and service-oriented Front Desk Agent Night Auditor to join our hotel team in Doral, Florida. The Night Auditor is responsible for providing exceptional guest service, assisting with check-ins and check-outs, performing the night audit, handling reservations, and ensuring a positive experience for all guests from arrival to departure. Night Audit Schedule is 11pm to 7am.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet guests in a professional and welcoming manner.

Perform guest check-in and check-out procedures efficiently.

Handle reservations, room assignments, and guest requests.

Process payments, verify credit cards, and maintain accurate records.

Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries about the hotel and local area.

Resolve guest concerns and escalate issues when necessary.

Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.

Follow hotel policies and procedures to ensure guest safety and satisfaction.

Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure room readiness.
Qualifications:

Previous hotel night auditor experience preferred.

Experience with FOSSE (Marriott property management system) preferred.

Experience working with Marriott-branded hotels is a strong plus.

Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.

Strong customer service and communication skills.

Ability to multitask and remain calm in a fast-paced environment.

Basic computer and cash-handling skills.

Professional appearance and positive attitude.
Schedule Requirements:

Must be available to work afternoon/evening shifts.

Weekend availability is required.
