Duties/Responsibilities

• Maintain smooth and efficient production flow.
• Frequently lift and move heavy items, including hand-carrying sand and cement bags, within the cementitious products manufacturing and bagging department. (Up to 100 lbs.)
• Inspect incoming deliveries and unload various items.
• Carefully load and unload products and materials.
• Conduct inventory checks, including counting items to ensure proper usage, resolving inventory discrepancies, and performing quarterly cycle counts.
• Operate forklifts to stack and retrieve supplies and materials.
• Adhere to all safety procedures and utilize proper lifting techniques.
• Clean assigned warehouse areas.
• Participate in job rotation once proficiency is demonstrated in each training phase.
• Learn and retain painting skills, material blending skills, and necessary paperwork procedures.
• Perform other labor-intensive tasks as assigned by the supervisor.

Required Experience/Qualifications

• Proven physical ability to lift and move heavy items (up to 100 lbs) consistently, along with stamina for prolonged standing and physical labor.
• Proficiency in operating forklifts and other material handling equipment, combined with a strong commitment to safety procedures.
• Prior experience in a warehouse or physically demanding role is highly preferred, but transferable skills from related fields will be considered.

Physical Requirements

This position requires significant physical exertion, including frequent heavy lifting (up to 100 lbs), prolonged standing and walking, bending, stooping, and manual dexterity. Candidates must have the stamina to work in a demanding environment and be able to utilize necessary personal protective equipment.
