Full Time: M-F, Saturdays as scheduled
POSITION SUMMARY
Ideal candidate is seeking long term employment with room for advancement, is committed to excellent customer service while complying with policy and procedure, and has an outstanding personality. Candidate must be willing to work any of the three shifts during hours of operation.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
On Stage Duties while working the Lobby:
Paying and receiving teller transactions for retail and commercial accounts
Process multiple transactions accurately
Look for opportunities and make referrals of BancFirst products
Open new accounts and facilitate consumer loan applications
Extra-ordinary customer service will be required at all times
Off Stage Duties while working at your desk:
Achieve stated core checking account goals and consumer loan goals by making outbound sales calls to existing and potential customers
Maintain an active record on current and new customers in Connections. Complete on boarding steps as scheduled within Connections
Each Banker should obtain an average cross sale ratio determined by management. All sales must be entered into Myriad
Assist with other job related duties as requested by supervisor/manager

REQUIREMENTS
Knowledge of teller cash limits, teller machines, and preparation of teller work
Ability to balance teller cash and maintain acceptable balancing percentages as defined by management
Proficient in Horizon, Horizon Teller, IDO, Connections and Myriad
Ability to acquire an understanding of BancFirst products and services, including deposit and consumer loan products
Must become proficient in opening new accounts, servicing accounts and taking consumer loan applications
Able to perform in a highly sensitive environment, deal with confidential matters and meet deadlines
Must demonstrate a business professional image and demeanor
Must be able to communicate professionally verbally and in writing
Work well under stress and deadlines while managing multiple tasks
Critical thinking skills
Must be flexible and able to work additional hours when crucial to the branch environment
Attendance and punctuality is an essential function of the job
