About This Position
· Monitor and maintain accurate inventory records for raw materials, components, intermediates, and finished goods.
· Perform routine cycle counts, investigate discrepancies, and reconcile variances.
· Ensure inventory transactions are completed accurately in ERP or Warehouse Management System (WMS).
· Track and report inventory metrics such as usage, aging, expirations, and lot status.
· Support material quarantines, rejections, and destruction activities per cGMP requirements.
Warehouse Operations Support
· Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure timely receipt, storage, and issuance of materials.
· Assist with labeling, identification, and segregation of materials per SOPs and regulatory standards.
· Maintain controlled substance records and storage compliance (if applicable).
· Support shipment preparation and documentation for customer orders or inter-site transfers.
Compliance & Documentation
· Ensure all inventory and warehouse activities are documented in compliance with cGMP, FDA, and DEA requirements.
· Prepare and maintain logs, records, and reports for audits and inspections.
· Assist in authoring, revising, and training on SOPs related to inventory control and material handling.
· Maintain adherence to safety and environmental regulations (OSHA, hazardous material storage).
Cross-Functional Collaboration
· Work with Production Planning to ensure material availability for scheduled manufacturing operations.
· Partner with Quality Assurance to manage material status changes (quarantine, release, rejection).
· Collaborate with Procurement on material shortages, excess stock, and supplier issues.
Continuous Improvement
· Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance inventory accuracy and efficiency.
· Participate in Lean/Six Sigma or other operational excellence initiatives.
· Support implementation of system enhancements or automation tools for warehouse operations.
· All other activities commensurate with the role, as required
Requirements:· Ability to read, write, speak and understand English
· Ability to perform basic math calculations

· Ability to visibly see colors, depths, peripherals, and adjusting focus during various lighting conditions
