Gasket Fabricator at SBP Holdings – Landisville, Pennsylvania

R/W Connection Inc., a leading distributor of Industrial Hose, Gaskets, Conveyor Belting, and MRO supplies for over 70 years, is seeking a detail-oriented and dependable individual to join our Gasket Department at our Landisville, PA headquarters.

Position Overview:

This hands-on role involves fabricating gaskets and sheet rubber products with precision and care. We will provide training for motivated individuals looking to grow their skills in a specialized trade.

Key Responsibilities:

• Hand-cutting rubber and gasket materials
• Reading and interpreting customer prints and job specifications
• Gluing and bonding rubber materials
• Operating rotary slitter and other fabrication equipment
• Maintaining a clean and organized work area
• Following all safety procedures

Requirements:

• Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
• Comfortable working with hand tools and machinery
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Basic math and measurement skills
• Prior fabrication or manufacturing experience a plus, but not required
• Must pass a background check and drug screening
