Shop & Fleet Mastery

• Total Ownership: Oversee day-to-day shop operations, ensuring all equipment is maintained, repaired, and ready for the field.

• Tech-Forward Tracking: Manage fleet systems (Fleetio, Samsara, Coast) with 100% accuracy.

• Asset Management: Approve vehicle assignments, manage gas cards, and oversee the onboarding of new fleet additions.

• Inventory Control: Keep shops organized, safe, and fully stocked with the tools and parts needed to minimize downtime.

Mechanical Leadership

• Expert Troubleshooting: Diagnose and oversee mechanical repairs on vehicles, hydraulics, and heavy equipment.

• Vendor Relations: Set up and manage third-party vendors for specialized repairs.

• Team Development: Lead, mentor, and train shop staff and Jet Truck drivers to maintain a "safety-first" culture.

• Preventative Maintenance: Execute strict PM schedules to keep our field teams moving.

• Proven Leadership: Experience managing a shop, fleet, or mechanical team.

• Mechanical Grit: Strong background in heavy equipment, hydraulics, and vehicle repair.

• Tech Savvy: Familiarity with Samsara or Fleetio is a major plus.

• Road Ready: Ability to travel frequently to assigned territories to audit shops and ensure consistency.

• Execution-Focused: You are self-motivated, dependable, and can operate independently to solve complex problems.
