• • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of AR executives, team leads, and quality analysts
• Ensure timely and accurate billing, collections, and follow-up on outstanding receivables across all clients.
• Oversee workload distribution, monitor daily work queues, and ensure adherence to SLAs and month-end timelines.
• Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews to maintain productivity and accuracy.
