As an Order Processing Representative, you are the front line and the first voice of our company. In this position, you will be responsible for providing data entry services and ordering support to Electronic Payment Inc.’s multiple clients, by receiving emails from sales agents or customers regarding the initial purchase of our product. Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Duties and Responsibilities:· Provide order entry support for our sales agent and customers.· Determine customer eligibility for product offers and promotions.· Provide information about products and services.· Review service terms and conditions.· Work with multiple departments to ensure an order is processed.· Determine charges for selected products/services and process payments.· Remain up to date on all products and services supported by Electronic Payments Inc.· Understand and adhere to Electronic Payments Inc.’s mission and vision.· Complete other duties as assigned.Required Skills and Abilities:· Excellent customer services skills· Type a minimum of 35 words per minute· Ability to navigate multiple computer screens simultaneously· Strong written and verbal communication skills· Ability to multi-task, manage details and organize efficiently and effectively in a fast paced environmentEducation and Experience:· High school diploma, GED, or equivalent· University/college degree, or experience medical records, claims or billing areas is an assetPhysical Requirements:The physical demands describe here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
