The Architectural Intern is responsible for producing high quality construction documents. The Architectural Intern can work in all phases of a project, including Schematic Design, Design Development, Construction Documents and Construction Administration. This role works closely with project teams to support design execution and documentation efforts and reports to the Production Director.
Your Impact:
- Prepare project construction documents.
- Coordinate with internal team members to support document production.
- Assist with code review and documentation of compliance.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support project delivery
Here’s What You’ll Need:
- Must be pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Architecture.
- Must demonstrate proficiency in using Revit Architecture.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure, juggle and prioritize multiple projects and adjust work accordingly, often against tight deadlines.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Here’s How You’ll Stand Out:
- Early career experience in a related field is a plus.
- Ability to use ACAD, Photoshop, SketchUp or other 3D Modeling, Animation, Rendering computer graphics programs a plus.
- Excellent graphic, written and verbal communication skills.
- A strong desire to excel and advance in a fast paced, challenging and client focused environment.
