This is a senior creative leadership role responsible for defining and elevating how a global technology brand is expressed across every customer touchpoint. You will lead the development of bold, modern, and scalable design systems that bring marketing strategies, product narratives, and brand storytelling to life. Working closely with cross-functional partners across marketing, product, and executive leadership, you will translate complex technical concepts into clear, compelling visual experiences. The role combines hands-on creative direction with team leadership, ensuring consistency, innovation, and excellence across all brand expressions. You will guide a multidisciplinary design team while shaping campaigns, digital experiences, and integrated brand initiatives at scale. This is a highly collaborative and fast-paced environment ideal for a leader who blends strategic thinking with exceptional design craft.
- Lead the creation of brand-forward creative concepts for integrated campaigns, product launches, and strategic marketing initiatives.
- Oversee end-to-end visual design across multiple channels including digital, social, web, video, events, and paid media.
- Manage, mentor, and develop a team of brand, visual, and motion designers, fostering a high-performance creative culture.
- Partner with marketing, product, strategy, copy, and production teams to translate business goals into impactful creative outputs.
- Define, maintain, and evolve the brand identity system to ensure consistency while enabling scalable innovation.
- Lead creative reviews, provide structured feedback, and uphold high standards of craft and execution.
- Present creative concepts and strategic rationale to senior and executive stakeholders with clarity and confidence.
- Collaborate with external agencies, freelancers, and production partners to extend creative capabilities.
- Use audience insights, performance data, and research to inform and optimize creative decisions.
- Advocate for design-led thinking across the organization, influencing strategy through strong creative vision.
- Stay current with design trends, cultural shifts, and emerging technologies, including AI-powered creative tools.
- Extensive experience in brand design, visual design, or creative direction within a fast-paced organization.
- Proven leadership experience managing and mentoring design or creative teams.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating brand systems, integrated campaigns, and storytelling for complex or technical products.
- Deep expertise in visual design principles including typography, layout, motion, and digital-first experiences.
- Ability to translate strategic and business objectives into scalable, high-quality creative solutions.
- Strong communication and presentation skills with experience engaging senior and executive stakeholders.
- Experience working in cross-functional, collaborative environments with marketing and product teams.
- Demonstrated ability to balance creative vision with operational execution and deadlines.
- Strong understanding of brand governance and maintaining consistency across multiple channels.
- Nice to have: experience in technology or enterprise environments and familiarity with AI-assisted design workflows.
- Competitive base salary range of $130,000–$189,000 depending on location and experience
