Gosincro is a 3rd-party logistics provider, offering parcel fulfillment and sortation solutions around the world. Our clients are eCommerce marketplaces that utilize our technology, operations, and courier resources to deliver orders to their customers globally. We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as a Warehouse Supervisor. The Warehouse Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing a team of associates for our 3PL facility. The successful candidate will be detail-oriented, have excellent communication skills, and a commitment to providing strong leadership guidance for all associates on the team.

Job Summary

Lead and supervise the Inspection Department in our fast-paced 3PL warehouse. You will oversee a team of inspectors and warehouse associates, ensure compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory standards (including Dangerous Goods/Prohibited Goods and battery inspections), and drive operational excellence while meeting productivity and accuracy targets. The Supervisor also manages timecards, leave requests, and attendance tracking through Paylocity.

• High School Diploma or GED required
• 3 plus years of previous warehouse experience as Supervisor required
• Strong communication, problem-solving, attention to detail, organization, and multitasking skills
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
• Strong understanding of productivity standards, quality control, and workflow optimization.
• Ability to coach, train, and hold employees accountable respectfully and professionally.
• Dangerous Goods/Prohibited Goods or battery inspection experience is a plus
• Forklift certification a plus

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended period
• Ability to work around conveyors, equipment, and varying temperatures.

Compensation: $65k-$70K, DOE

Schedule: Day shift - 7:00AM – 3:30PM
