This role provides a strategic leadership opportunity to oversee the full Financial Planning & Analysis function within a dynamic, growth-oriented environment. You will manage financial modeling, forecasting, and reporting processes that directly influence business performance and strategic decision-making. Partnering closely with the executive team, you will provide insights on revenue, retention, and profitability while supporting key initiatives such as growth investments, market expansion, and potential M&A activities. The role demands strong analytical expertise, SaaS-focused financial knowledge, and the ability to translate complex financial data into actionable recommendations. This is an ideal position for a hands-on finance leader who thrives in a fast-paced, investor-backed organization and is motivated to drive continuous improvement in FP&A practices.
- Lead the end-to-end FP&A function, including forecasting, budgeting, reporting, and strategic analysis
- Maintain and enhance financial models supporting annual plans, long-range projections, and rolling forecasts
- Conduct monthly and quarterly performance analysis, including revenue, costs, EBITDA, cash flow, and retention metrics
- Oversee reporting to executives, boards, and investors, delivering clear insights into ARR/MRR, GRR/NRR, and unit economics
- Partner with functional leaders to provide financial guidance for strategic initiatives, investment decisions, and market expansion
- Support M&A and pricing initiatives, offering financial leadership and integration insights
- Drive continuous improvement and automation within FP&A processes and systems to enhance scalability and accuracy
Requirements:
- 6+ years of progressive experience in FP&A or Strategic Finance, including leadership responsibilities
- Strong experience in SaaS or recurring revenue businesses, with expertise in retention and growth metrics
- Advanced financial modeling, analysis, and Excel skills
- Demonstrated ability to lead planning, forecasting, and performance management processes
- Executive-level communication skills with experience presenting to boards or investors
- Proven capability to operate independently in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Nice to have: experience in a PE-backed company, familiarity with tools like NetSuite, Datarails, or Looker, and M&A experience
