Job overview:
- Schneider is seeking a Compensation Analyst in Green Bay to play a key role in shaping competitive pay programs that attract and retain top talent. The Compensation Analyst will partner with leaders across the organization to support Schneider's compensation strategy and solve business challenges as they arise.
Responsibilities:
- Participate in salary surveys and perform comprehensive market research to develop and maintain competitive compensation programs.
- Act as a consultant on all compensation-related matters.
- Respond to inquiries and resolve issues related to compensation.
- Develop documentation, including plan descriptions, policies, guidelines and processes.
- Create reports and analyze trends to support talent strategies.
- Ensure programs comply with laws and regulations.
Skills and qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business, human resources, finance or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
- Strong communication, influencing and analytical skills.
- Able to comprehend and communicate complex concepts.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
