This senior leadership role drives the enterprise-wide sales messaging and advisor engagement strategy for Wealth Management. The VP defines the organization’s value proposition to advisors, prospects, and clients, ensuring consistency and commercial impact across all channels. They lead the development of messaging frameworks, playbooks, and narratives for product launches and strategic initiatives, while overseeing one-to-many enablement programs including a robust webinar ecosystem. This role also partners with analytics, compliance, and cross-functional teams to measure impact, improve processes, and execute strategic initiatives. With a focus on operational excellence and executive communication, the VP will influence advisor adoption, business growth, and team performance. This position combines strategic vision with hands-on execution in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Lead the enterprise-wide Wealth Management messaging framework to ensure clear, consistent, and commercially effective positioning.
- Translate business strategy into advisor-facing narratives that drive adoption, engagement, and sales productivity.
- Develop and oversee messaging playbooks, value propositions, and materials for product launches and strategic initiatives.
- Design and manage the one-to-many advisor enablement strategy, including a comprehensive webinar ecosystem of ~75–100 events annually.
- Measure and report performance metrics to executive leadership and implement improvements in technology, tools, and processes.
- Serve as executive sponsor for messaging and enablement initiatives, partnering with Analytics, Compliance, Digital, and Distribution teams.
- Foster cross-functional collaboration to ensure alignment of messaging and strategic execution initiatives.
Requirements:
- 12–15+ years of relevant experience in strategic enablement, sales messaging, or commercial strategy.
- 5+ years of leadership experience managing messaging, sales enablement, or commercial teams.
- Proven ability to translate business strategy into effective advisor-facing communications.
- Strong strategic thinking, operational excellence, and executive communication skills.
- Experience in designing and managing large-scale webinar or advisor engagement programs preferred.
- Proficiency in data-informed decision making and performance measurement.
- Collaborative mindset with a track record of building strong relationships across teams.
