This role provides strategic leadership in executive talent management, focusing on assessing, developing, and optimizing leadership pipelines to support organizational growth and readiness. The Director will partner with senior business and HR leaders to align talent strategies with enterprise objectives, identify gaps, and implement actionable solutions. By leveraging analytics, data insights, and emerging HR technologies, this role informs succession planning, development programs, and talent mobility initiatives. It offers the opportunity to influence decision-making at the executive level, drive alignment across a matrixed organization, and enhance leadership capabilities. Accountabilities:
  • Develop and execute executive talent strategies aligned with enterprise goals, ensuring readiness for current and future leadership needs.
  • Partner with executives, HR Business Partners, and Talent Pipeline Owners to assess talent pipelines, identify gaps, and design interventions to close them.
  • Lead succession planning, talent assessments, and leadership development initiatives to build a robust and sustainable executive talent pool.
  • Influence and drive alignment across a matrixed organization to adopt enterprise-wide talent strategies and programs.
  • Leverage data, analytics, and emerging technologies to monitor pipeline effectiveness, measure impact, and guide decision-making.
  • Collaborate with Talent Centers of Excellence to implement leadership capability-building and development programs across the enterprise.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
  • 10+ years of experience in strategic talent management, including executive pipeline development and succession planning.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Excellent communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills across executives, HR, and Talent Acquisition teams.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to balance short-term execution with long-term enterprise objectives.
  • Ability to travel domestically and internationally up to 10% as required.
  • Preferred: experience applying product management methodologies to HR solutions, project management skills, and designing scalable, enterprise-wide talent initiatives.
