About the Role:

As a Seasonal Warehouse Worker, youll be assigned to either shipping/receiving or to processing based on the business need of the day. You will be required to work 8 hours shifts and must commit to at least 4 weeks out of the year and will not be scheduled more than 12 weeks.

What Youll Do:

• Resolve product discrepancies, such as incorrect price or case labels and various other product related issues

• Sort, scan, and package accessories for shipments

• Build cardboard cartons, affix labels, and prepare boxes for use in Tilt Tray

• Unpack cartons and place individual shoe boxes onto powered conveyor

• Scan and pack individual shoe boxes from Tilt Tray Sorter System into cartons by store location

• Load merchandise from a conveyor onto semi-trailer for shipment

• Unload merchandise from semi-trailers to a conveyor

• Read case labels and then sort and stack cases onto pallets or conveyor

What Were Looking For:

• Must be at least 18 years of age

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred

• A few years of warehouse/factory experience preferred

• Ability to quickly read, learn, and understand standard operating and safety procedures

• Ability to frequently lift and carry 30 to 50 pounds independently, and up to 70 pounds occasionally with team assistance

• Team player with a good attitude and attention to detail

• Strong communication skills to include oral, written, and interpersonal

• Ability to multitask and prioritize efficiently
