About This Position
The WFM Compliance & Strategy Lead is responsible for operational integrity and the continuous improvement of workforce processes. This role focuses on aligning WFM projects with standardized protocols and conducting rigorous audits to maintain high-performance benchmarks. You will serve as a key link between operational data and executive strategy, ensuring financial synchronization between operations and finance departments.
Key Responsibilities
1. Governance & Process Auditing
- Audit Management: Execute structured audits based on established WFM Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to verify data accuracy and procedural compliance.
- Process Documentation: Design and maintain comprehensive WFM workflows, ensuring documentation is clear, scalable, and aligned with Arise Platform policies.
- Transformation Initiatives: Lead efforts to modernize WFM functions, transitioning from manual tracking to automated, standardized workstreams.
2. Strategic Planning & Budgeting
- Capacity Planning: Serve as the subject matter expert for long-range capacity modeling, identifying staffing requirements and attrition trends to safeguard service level agreements.
- Sourcing Coordination: Manage the "Class Approval" process, collaborating with sourcing and operations teams to ensure all new learner classes are supported by data-driven requirements.
- Financial Alignment: Partner with the Finance team to oversee operational spend, headcount budgets, and detailed variance analysis.
3. Stakeholder Engagement & Performance
- Executive Reviews: Lead WFM performance analysis calls with the leadership team, providing context for operational results and outlining clear action plans for improvement.
- Cross-Functional Synergy: Act as the primary coordinator between WFM, Finance, and Operations to ensure all departments remain aligned on organizational growth and cost-efficiency targets.
Candidate Profile
- WFM Expertise: Deep understanding of the full WFM lifecycle, with specialized expertise in Capacity Planning and workload distribution
- Advanced Analytics: Mastery of Excel is required. Candidates must be proficient in building complex models using advanced formulas and logical functions to solve business problems.
- Process Discipline: Strong ability to map complex processes and produce technical documentation that is accessible to various stakeholders.
- Financial Literacy: Proven experience in managing operational budgets and coordinating headcount planning with finance partners.
- Adaptive Learning: A proactive learner capable of quickly mastering new WFM tools and navigating evolving business priorities with precision.
Required Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years in Workforce Management, including significant experience in compliance, auditing, or process improvement.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, or a related analytical field.
Communication: Refined presentation skills with the ability to translate complex data sets into actionable insights for senior leadership
