This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Senior Product Designer - REMOTE. In this role, you will play a crucial part in enhancing the user experience for both consumer-facing products and enterprise tools. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that the design process aligns with the needs of users and stakeholders. Your expertise in UX research and design will contribute to crafting exemplary digital experiences that result in operational efficiencies and improved user satisfaction. As a key member of a diverse team, your insights will help shape product strategy and development across various platforms.
Accountabilities- Support the UX teams in both India and US with research requests including scoping initiatives.
- Coordinate testing needs and synthesize findings to enhance user experiences.
- Facilitate in-field research and post-research synthesis through analysis.
- Conduct and synthesize qualitative research like moderated testing and surveys.
- Assist the team in keeping the ongoing research library up-to-date.
- Build wireframes and interactive prototypes within agile sprint timelines.
- Enable a test and iterate approach for product development.
- Strong Wireframing and prototyping abilities.
- Experience practicing UX design research for digital product teams.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and experience leading conversations.
- Ability to tell compelling stories from data.
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity and managing multiple projects.
- Strong project management skills with experience at various project stages.
- Experience in running and analyzing online panels.
