This role sits at the core of a rapidly scaling AI-driven platform redefining how customers interact with complex, real-world services through intelligent automation. You will lead the strategy and execution of next-generation agentic AI systems that power conversational experiences, internal automation, and decisioning workflows across the organization. Operating at the intersection of product, engineering, and applied machine learning, you will help shape how large language models and AI agents are deployed in production at scale. The position requires strong technical fluency, product intuition, and a deep curiosity for emerging AI capabilities. You will work closely with engineering teams, prompt specialists, and external AI partners to continuously improve performance, reliability, and user experience. This is a high-impact role where your decisions directly influence automation rates, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency across millions of users.

• Lead end-to-end product strategy and execution for agentic AI systems powering customer-facing and internal automation workflows
• Define and maintain the product roadmap for AI-driven experiences, ensuring alignment with business goals and technical feasibility
• Partner closely with engineering and applied AI teams to design prompts, agent architectures, evaluation frameworks, and safety guardrails
• Own key performance metrics including automation rate, response quality, escalation accuracy, and customer satisfaction, driving continuous optimization
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to translate complex business needs into scalable AI solutions and workflows
• Evaluate and integrate emerging AI models and technologies, including LLMs, voice models, and computer-use agents
• Drive experimentation, A/B testing, and data-driven iteration to improve system performance and user experience
• Act as a champion of AI best practices across the organization, enabling broader adoption of platform standards

Requirements:

• 4+ years of experience in product management, consulting, data analytics, or operations in fast-paced, tech-driven environments
• Strong passion for AI and hands-on experience experimenting with LLMs, agents, or automation tools
• Solid technical understanding of system architecture, APIs, prompt engineering, and AI-driven workflows
• Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in SQL and comfort working with complex datasets
• Experience owning metrics and driving performance improvements through experimentation and data analysis
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Systems-thinking mindset with strong problem-solving and prioritization skills
• Proactive, curious, and highly self-driven, with a strong bias toward building and iterating quickly
