Senior Director, Technology Advisory (Remote)
This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Senior Director, Technology Advisory (Remote). In this role, you will be responsible for the successful delivery of client accounts, collaborating closely with client management and project teams. Your expertise will help define the vision and enhance program management capabilities within the organization, impacting large-scale, diverse engagements. You will work across various service lines, ensuring seamless client lifecycle management from initiation to conclusion, while leading and developing your team effectively.
Accountabilities- Develop and evangelize overall strategy and approach with the Head of Technical Advisory Services.
- Collaborate with Client Partner Leads to tailor engagement models and frameworks for client pitches.
- Craft engagement timelines, team structures, processes, and pricing for client proposals.
- Design and implement engagement models that meet client needs.
- Facilitate client kickoffs and manage large workshop sessions with multiple teams.
- Create compelling presentations to communicate complex initiatives through storytelling.
- Act as a bridge between business and IT teams, facilitating clear communication.
- Oversee Delivery Onboarding materials to ensure project-specific onboarding.
- Manage team dynamics and lead recruitment efforts while developing team capabilities.
- Identify risks and strategize mitigation plans to ensure successful program delivery.
- 15+ years of experience in delivering large scale transformations in a professional services environment.
- Proven ability to unite diverse teams to deliver exceptional digital experiences.
- Subject matter expert in program management with experience in global roll-outs.
- Familiarity with client interactions in professional services contexts.
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics and/or Salesforce.
- Proficient in project management tools and methodologies.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure.
