The Maintenance Technician supports the success of operations by delivering high-quality service with a strong focus on safety, quality, and productivity. This role is responsible for applying uptime and reliability strategies to maximize operational efficiency and capacity, ultimately delivering value to both internal and external customers. The ideal candidate collaborates across teams and works with a variety of equipment and processes to ensure commitments and customer expectations are consistently met or exceeded.
Status Hourly, Non-Exempt Position Type Full-time, Hours 40-45 hours Schedule M-F

Duties & Responsibilities:
- Develop a working knowledge of product lines and processes across all value streams
- Utilize CMMS to complete, track, and document maintenance tasks
- Perform preventive and predictive maintenance, including condition monitoring
- Use a variety of tools to repair, align, measure, assemble, and disassemble equipment
- Follow and enforce safe work practices, including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures
- Understand equipment design, functionality, and operational requirements
- Provide machining and fabrication support (e.g., extrusion tooling, machine parts, flow racks)
- Share knowledge and train team members to support skill development
- Accurately charge parts and labor to jobs to maintain asset history and data integrity
- Perform other duties as assigned; responsibilities may evolve and include cross-departmental support
Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or GED required
- Technical or trade school training preferred
- 1–2 years of maintenance or manufacturing experience preferred
- Basic mechanical and troubleshooting skills
- Experience with CMMS and preventive maintenance is a plus

While performing the duties of this job, the employee regularly works in an office and manufacturing setting. May be subject to the current local weather conditions.
