This role is a high-impact opportunity to drive strategic growth through OEM and reseller partnerships within a fast-scaling enterprise SaaS environment. You will own and expand a portfolio of key partners, focusing on building deep, revenue-generating relationships that deliver long-term value. The position blends strategic partnership development with hands-on execution, requiring strong commercial acumen and operational discipline. You will collaborate closely with sales, product, legal, and executive stakeholders to accelerate joint pipeline and close enterprise deals. Success in this role is defined by partner-sourced revenue growth, deal velocity, and scalable partnership execution. This is a highly cross-functional, relationship-driven role suited for a builder who thrives in complex enterprise ecosystems.

Accountabilities:

In this role, you will be responsible for managing and scaling enterprise partnerships that drive measurable revenue impact and long-term strategic value:

  • Own and grow a portfolio of OEM and reseller partners, acting as the primary relationship owner and internal advocate
  • Develop and execute joint business plans, including revenue targets, pipeline goals, enablement milestones, and go-to-market alignment
  • Drive partner-sourced revenue through co-sell motions, account expansion, and joint opportunity development
  • Lead quarterly business reviews (QBRs) and executive-level engagements to assess performance and strengthen relationships
  • Identify and develop new opportunities within existing partner organizations across multiple business units and use cases
  • Collaborate closely with AEs on active deals, supporting deal strategy, pricing guidance, and stakeholder alignment
  • Monitor and optimize partner performance metrics including pipeline contribution, ARR growth, deal velocity, and enablement progress
  • Identify, recruit, and onboard new OEM and reseller partners aligned with strategic ICP requirements
  • Oversee end-to-end partner onboarding, including legal, commercial, technical, and GTM enablement processes
  • Partner cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, Legal, and Deal Desk teams to ensure partner success and program scalability

Requirements:
The ideal candidate brings strong enterprise partnership experience with a proven ability to drive revenue through complex channel ecosystems:

  • 7–10 years of experience in partnerships, business development, or enterprise account management within B2B SaaS environments
  • Demonstrated success in driving partner-sourced revenue through OEM or reseller models
  • Strong understanding of partner ecosystems, co-sell motions, and channel strategy fundamentals
  • Experience building and executing joint business plans and leading executive-level QBRs
  • Ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder relationships both internally and externally
  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to influence deal strategy, pricing, and negotiations
  • Comfort operating in fast-paced, early-stage or high-growth environments with evolving processes
  • Experience using CRM systems such as Salesforce and partner management tools
  • Nice to have: experience in fintech, financial services, risk/compliance domains, or enterprise infrastructure platforms, as well as exposure to fraud, AML, or credit risk workflows

Benefits:

  • Competitive salary with equity-based compensation and 401k retirement plan
  • Remote-first work culture with flexibility
  • Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance fully covered for employees (US-based)
  • Unlimited paid time off to support balance and wellbeing
  • Strong learning and professional development opportunities
  • Opportunity to build and scale strategic enterprise partnerships with high revenue impact
  • Collaborative, mission-driven environment focused on innovation and global impact
  • Regular team events, offsites, and a family-friendly culture
