This senior leadership role is focused on shaping and advancing dual credit and early college programs that expand student access to higher education and improve academic outcomes across a large, multi-campus educational system. The position provides strategic direction for initiatives that connect K–12 institutions with higher education pathways, ensuring students are better prepared for college-level success while still in high school. It requires a leader capable of driving system-wide transformation, leveraging data insights, and strengthening cross-sector partnerships. You will oversee program design, infrastructure development, and operational execution while ensuring alignment with institutional goals for equity, enrollment growth, and student success. The role also involves collaborating with internal academic and administrative teams, as well as external school districts and community partners. This is a highly visible position with significant influence on educational access, policy implementation, and long-term student outcomes.
- Provide strategic leadership for dual credit and early college initiatives, ensuring alignment with institutional priorities for enrollment, equity, and student success
- Lead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of system-wide dual credit infrastructure, including enrollment and data management platforms
- Develop and maintain strong partnerships with K–12 school districts, community organizations, and external education stakeholders
- Oversee operational planning, policy development, and program evaluation to ensure scalability, efficiency, and compliance with regulatory standards
- Use data analytics and student performance metrics to identify gaps, inform decisions, and improve program outcomes
- Coordinate cross-functional collaboration across academic affairs, enrollment services, student success, and institutional research teams
- Lead implementation teams responsible for delivering seamless dual credit programming across multiple campuses and partners
- Represent the institution at external events, policy discussions, and stakeholder engagements to promote program growth and impact
Requirements:
- Master’s degree or higher in education, public administration, business, or a related field
- At least 5 years of progressively responsible experience in higher education, K–12 partnerships, dual credit programs, or related areas
- Strong expertise in dual credit, early college, concurrent enrollment, or workforce-aligned education programs
- Proven leadership experience in large-scale program management, strategic planning, and cross-functional collaboration
- Strong understanding of K–16 educational pathways and student transition points
- Experience using data systems for enrollment, advising, reporting, and student success analytics
- Strong ability to interpret complex data and translate insights into actionable strategies
- Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and relationship-building skills across diverse audiences
- Ability to lead change and manage initiatives in complex, matrixed environments
- Preferred: experience in higher education leadership, program management certification, bilingual or multilingual ability
