This role is responsible for leading end-to-end customer onboarding and deployment execution within a complex technical environment. The Associate Manager, Project Manager oversees the successful delivery of multiple integrated systems, ensuring all contracted services are implemented on time and to specification. Acting as the primary liaison between customers and internal teams, this position coordinates cross-functional resources to drive installation, activation, and operational readiness. The role requires strong organizational and communication skills to manage competing priorities and maintain project momentum. It is highly focused on execution, problem-solving, and customer satisfaction throughout the deployment lifecycle. - Lead end-to-end planning and execution of customer deployment projects, including phased implementation plans and milestone tracking
- Coordinate internal teams, external vendors, and customer stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of all services
- Oversee installation activities across systems such as access control, CCTV, intrusion, fire alarm, network, VOIP, and audio solutions
- Manage project schedules, resources, labor, materials, and permitting requirements to meet delivery timelines
- Serve as the main point of contact for customers, providing regular updates on progress, risks, and milestones
- Facilitate meetings and coordination calls with internal teams and customers to ensure alignment and issue resolution
- Identify process inefficiencies and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
- Manage multiple concurrent projects while ensuring quality, timeliness, and customer satisfaction
- Provide customer training and support during and after deployment as needed
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in project management or coordination within low-voltage, electronic security, or telecom industries
- Strong understanding of telecom, networking, and integrated systems terminology
- Proven experience managing complex, multi-site or multi-system deployment projects
- Proficiency with Smartsheet at an intermediate to advanced level
- Strong skills in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure in fast-paced environments
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and customer-facing skills
- Strong problem-solving mindset with the ability to overcome project obstacles independently
- Formal project management training or certification is a plus but not required
