Financial Responsibilities
- Maintain real-time understanding of each location’s performance and assist with ongoing action plans for attaining specific financial goals.
- Work with Finance Team to review sales, labor and COGs figures on a weekly basis comparing budget, last week and previous years.
- Understand our financial tools, and assist with training the field on said tools.
- Help identify opportunities to grow sales: operational improvements, sales initiatives, marketing opportunities.
- Monitor employee schedules for all locations, identify fluctuations and alert COO.
- Assist with proper time keeping procedures (clocking in, out, breaks)
- Assist with payroll processes for all locations, with support from Finance Team.
- Assist with key food cost functions with support of Director of Operations and COO.
- Review invoices for accuracy and pricing.
- Ensure proper ordering procedures, waste and spoilage, product handling and production, proper portioning, equipment maintenance, inventory procedures are being used at all units.
- Maintain company email and correspondence in a professional, clear, and effective manner.
- Be the point of contact for operations- focused IT challenges (POS, Timekeeping, etc.)
- Maintain “open door” policy with all employees.
- Work with Human Resources to assist with compliant practices associated with hiring, performance management and termination processes across locations.
- Work with Human Resources to maintain a consistent pulse on employee performance, staying proactive to address challenges and acknowledge development opportunities.
- Assist with employee training and development including creation and maintenance of training materials and SOPs.
- Identify performance conversations needed in units, and alert COO and HR.
- Training Leads to assist in store operations in the absence of GM presence.
- Supporting the staff training in new restaurant openings
- Report performance issues to Human Resources and C-Suite as needed.
- Provide consistent, reliable, and inspirational leadership to the team.
- Monitor service standards during store visits, identifying performance challenges and reporting them to COO and HR, as needed.
- Ensure all Standard Operating Procedures fulfill Feedme standards of service and that standards are communicated company wide.
- Monitor food quality standards through line checks and quality control inspections to ensure adherence to recipes, food specs, proper food handling, proper sanitation procedures.
- Ensure proper sanitation standards are being met in accordance with local Department of Health guidelines.
- Assist with equipment maintenance and repairs across locations.
- Reinforce performance goals per location and assure that the staff performance during service is successful, professional, and meeting all standards set forth by the company.
- Support operational planning and execution of all new location openings.
- Assist C-suite with other projects as assigned.
- Travel throughout the Greater Seattle area is required.
- In partnership with Senior Leadership, provide audit results to highlight best practices and opportunities as well as next steps for the location leadership.
- Effectively communicate and coordinate between Operations Team, location leadership and support center resources.
- Coordinates resources to achieve project goals.
- Working with Chief Business Officer, Chief Operating Officer, and Director of Operations, to lend expertise on matters related to initiatives and project management
- Provides on the spot and ad hoc business analysis to leadership or other business partners, as needed.
- Support new company initiatives and offer solutions to risk opportunities that may be incurred.
- Support Concessions, Catering, and Special Events, as needed and requested.
- Complete all other duties as assigned.

Frequent walking (up to 12 hours), including climbing up and down stairs is required. - Strong beverage knowledge including craft cocktails, wine, and craft beers.
- Culinary background preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in hotel, food and beverage or hospitality management or related industry experience preferred.
- 10 plus years’ experience in restaurant, catering or hotel food and beverage leadership role.
- 5-10 years Chef/Management responsibility experience, field and corporate experience preferred.
- Demonstrated experience managing a multi-unit operation.
- Highly skilled in identifying, cultivating, recruiting, and developing talent.
- Passionate about guest and employee experience and energized by innovating creative that engages both.
- A collaborative, cross-departmental, team player.
- Demonstrated ability to successfully navigate relationships independently branded concepts.
- Experience in a wide range of food and beverage environments, including quick service, fast casual, fine dining, catering and events.
- Position is office based in tandem with work within each of our locations.
- Ability to communicate in second language, preferably Spanish.
