What You’ll Do:
As a Senior QA Automation Engineer, you will lead automation strategy, framework development, and quality engineering efforts across SaaS and integrated enterprise applications. You will serve as a technical expert, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and drive continuous improvement in testing practices, tooling, and automation maturity.

Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
  • Lead automation architecture, framework design, and QA best practices.
  • Develop and maintain automated test suites using Playwright (TypeScript) and Java-based frameworks.
  • Build scalable, reusable automation libraries integrated with CI/CD pipelines.
  • Execute functional, integration, regression, and performance testing across SaaS platforms and backend systems.
  • Conduct API testing using Postman, Java frameworks, and SQL-based backend validation.
  • Ensure compliance with OpenAPI and Swagger specifications.
  • Lead performance testing using JMeter, including test design, execution, and analysis.
  • Partner with product owners and business stakeholders to clarify requirements and identify risks.
  • Support and lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including demos and walkthroughs.
  • Identify, document, and track defects while collaborating closely with development teams.
  • Develop and maintain test strategies, test plans, and comprehensive documentation.
  • Drive improvements in Agile QA processes and automation maturity.
  • Evaluate and implement new automation and AI-driven testing tools.
  • Mentor junior QA team members and contribute to overall quality engineering excellence.
What You’ll Need:
  • 7+ years of QA experience blending manual and automation testing.
  • Expert-level experience with Java-based automation frameworks and Playwright (TypeScript).
  • Strong proficiency in API testing, backend validation, and SQL.
  • Hands-on experience with JMeter for performance testing.
  • Experience testing SaaS applications, integrations, and workflow-driven systems.
  • Strong CI/CD integration skills using Git-based pipelines.
  • Familiarity with MuleSoft Anypoint, OpenAPI, and Swagger.
  • Proficiency with defect tracking and test management tools.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate UI/API requirements.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
Set Yourself Apart With:
  • Experience with OnBase workflows.
  • Experience with DocuSign integrations.
  • Demonstrated leadership in automation strategy or framework modernization.
  • Hands-on experience integrating AI tools into QA workflows.
  • Prior experience supporting UAT at an enterprise scale.
