Burbank, CA (Onsite)
$20.73 – $24.35/hour + Overtime Eligible

Our Guidewires & Abrasives Division supports the production of precision components used in life-saving medical applications, as well as industries like aerospace, automotive, and advanced manufacturing.

What You’ll DoYou’ll play a key role in keeping materials moving and inventory accurate to support production:
- Receive, inspect, and process incoming materials and inventory
- Maintain accurate inventory records, transactions, and cycle counts
- Investigate discrepancies and resolve inventory issues
- Support kitting and staging of materials for production orders
- Process Manufacturing Orders (MOs) and Purchase Orders (POs)
- Manage bin locations and maintain organized stockrooms
- Partner with production, supply chain, and shipping teams to meet demand
- Support audits, documentation, and inventory reporting
- Assist with ERP/MRP transactions and inventory tracking
- 5+ years of inventory, warehouse, or materials experience
- Experience in manufacturing or regulated environments preferred
- Strong Excel skills (VLOOKUP or similar functions)
- Experience working in ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics GP or similar)
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Ability to problem-solve and work cross-functionally
