This role sits within an international legal operations environment and focuses on building structure, efficiency, and scalability across key corporate and employment legal functions. You will act as a central program owner, helping design and manage processes that support legal governance, compliance, and cross-functional execution. The position combines program management, legal operations, and process improvement in a fast-paced, global technology context. You will partner closely with attorneys, business stakeholders, and external counsel to ensure legal workflows are well-documented, automated where possible, and consistently executed. This is a highly collaborative role where operational rigor and legal understanding intersect. It offers strong visibility across the legal department and broader organization while contributing directly to operational excellence.

Accountabilities

In this role, you will drive the design, coordination, and execution of legal programs that support corporate governance, employment matters, and cross-functional legal operations. You will ensure legal processes are structured, efficient, and scalable while improving documentation, automation, and stakeholder alignment.

  • Support corporate legal operations including board meeting preparation, drafting minutes and consents, policy interpretation, and governance documentation.
  • Manage employment legal processes such as investigations, litigation support, policy creation, training programs, and outside counsel coordination.
  • Oversee legal operational support for procurement and facilities-related initiatives, including project management and process optimization.
  • Implement and maintain legal workflows, automation tools, and AI-enabled systems to improve efficiency and accuracy.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge management resources including playbooks, templates, FAQs, and training materials.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external counsel on cross-functional legal initiatives led by senior legal leadership.
  • Deliver training and awareness programs to strengthen understanding of legal processes, tools, and compliance requirements.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives across legal operations and contribute to standardization of global processes.
Requirements

The ideal candidate brings strong legal operations or program management experience, ideally within a technology or fast-paced corporate environment. You are highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working across multiple legal domains with autonomy and discretion.

  • 10+ years of relevant experience in legal operations, program management, corporate legal support, or similar roles.
  • Experience supporting corporate, employment, or cross-functional legal functions in a corporate or technology environment.
  • Strong understanding of legal processes, governance frameworks, and documentation standards.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects, prioritize effectively, and meet tight deadlines.
  • Experience developing and improving operational processes, workflows, and knowledge management systems.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities across legal and business teams.
  • Ability to exercise sound judgment, discretion, and independent decision-making.
  • Experience with process automation, legal tech tools, or AI-enabled workflows is a plus.
  • Collaborative mindset with high integrity and a proactive, solutions-oriented approach.
Benefits
  • Competitive base salary ranging from $118,000 to $196,000 depending on experience and qualifications
  • Bonus eligibility and comprehensive benefits package
  • Remote-first work model with flexibility depending on role requirements
  • Health, dental, and vision insurance coverage
  • Paid time off and wellbeing support programs
  • Employee development and training opportunities
  • Global, collaborative work environment with strong team culture
  • Participation in wellbeing initiatives, volunteer programs, and engagement activities
