In this high-impact leadership role, you will act as a strategic finance partner to the commercial organization, directly influencing how revenue is planned, generated, and optimized. You will work closely with senior leaders across Sales, Marketing, Revenue Operations, and Client Success to shape growth strategy and ensure financial discipline across all GTM initiatives. This is a highly visible position where you will move beyond traditional finance responsibilities to actively challenge assumptions, guide investment decisions, and improve overall business performance. The environment is fast-paced, data-driven, and focused on scalable, efficient growth. Your work will directly impact revenue quality, profitability, and long-term strategic direction.

Accountabilities:
  • Act as a strategic partner to GTM leadership, shaping commercial strategy by guiding decisions on investment allocation, pricing, segmentation, and growth priorities.
  • Own end-to-end revenue forecasting and modeling, including pipeline analysis, retention, expansion drivers, and long-range planning.
  • Lead GTM performance management, including business reviews, KPI tracking, and variance analysis against financial and operational targets.
  • Develop scalable financial frameworks and processes that improve forecasting accuracy, transparency, and cross-functional alignment.
  • Drive data-driven insights to optimize unit economics such as CAC, LTV, and revenue efficiency across all growth channels.
  • Champion automation and AI adoption within Finance to improve reporting, forecasting, and decision-making capabilities.
  • Build and lead a high-performing finance team aligned with commercial priorities, fostering accountability and continuous improvement.
Requirements
  • 10–12+ years of progressive finance experience, including strong exposure to FP&A, commercial finance, or GTM-facing finance roles.
  • Proven experience partnering closely with Sales, Marketing, and/or Customer Success in high-growth or performance-driven environments.
  • Strong expertise in revenue modeling, forecasting, and SaaS or subscription-based business dynamics.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence senior leadership and challenge strategic assumptions using data-driven insights.
  • Experience building scalable financial processes and driving operational excellence in complex organizations.
  • Strong leadership skills with a track record of building, developing, and managing high-performing teams.
  • Advanced analytical capability with strong proficiency in financial systems, data tools, and experience leveraging automation or AI tools (strong plus).
Benefits
  • Competitive salary range of $160,200 to $172,000 USD annually, with potential eligibility for bonuses and additional compensation
  • Open paid time off policy with flexible vacation planning
  • Quarterly “Days of Disconnect” for company-wide rest and reset
  • Parental and family leave, including support for new children and pet additions
  • Quarterly fitness reimbursement to support health and wellness goals
  • Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance coverage
  • Employee Assistance Program for mental health and personal support
  • Calm App subscription for employees and dependents
  • Inclusive, values-driven culture focused on growth, collaboration, and belonging
  • Remote-friendly work environment with strong emphasis on work-life balance.
