This role is ideal for a technically accomplished professional passionate about Kubernetes, cloud-native ecosystems, service mesh technologies, and AI-driven infrastructure.

Accountabilities:
  • Lead technical sales engagements across strategic enterprise opportunities, including discovery sessions, architecture workshops, product demonstrations, and proof-of-concept initiatives.
  • Develop compelling technical strategies and solution narratives tailored to executives, architects, and engineering stakeholders.
  • Partner closely with sales teams to align technical solutions with customer business objectives and digital transformation initiatives.
  • Identify and expand use cases related to Kubernetes networking, service mesh, API gateways, cloud-native connectivity, and AI infrastructure platforms.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to enterprise customers, providing architectural guidance and supporting long-term platform adoption.
  • Drive customer retention and expansion by proactively identifying growth opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Lead critical technical escalations and collaborate with engineering and support teams to ensure successful issue resolution and customer satisfaction.
  • Advise customers on best practices for deploying and scaling cloud-native infrastructure in complex production environments.
  • Represent the organization at conferences, executive briefings, partner events, and technical community engagements across the EMEA region.
  • Contribute technical thought leadership through presentations, blogs, reference architectures, and educational content.
  • Provide customer and market feedback to product and engineering teams to influence roadmap priorities and product innovation.
  • Support and mentor broader regional teams on technical positioning, competitive differentiation, and solution best practices.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in customer-facing technical roles such as Solutions Architect, Customer Engineer, Technical Consultant, or Pre/Post-Sales Engineering.
  • Deep hands-on expertise with Kubernetes, service mesh technologies, API gateways, and cloud-native architectures in enterprise production environments.
  • Strong experience leading technical sales cycles, proof-of-concept projects, and complex enterprise solution deployments.
  • Proven ability to manage relationships with strategic enterprise customers and drive both acquisition and long-term account growth.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage both executive stakeholders and highly technical audiences.
  • Strong understanding of modern cloud platforms including AWS, Google Cloud, or Microsoft Azure.
  • Experience with distributed systems, microservices, and modern software delivery practices.
  • Proficiency in scripting or programming languages such as Python, Go, or Bash.
  • Ability to translate complex technical concepts into business value and strategic outcomes.
  • Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills across sales, engineering, product, and executive teams.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Experience with AI infrastructure, machine learning systems, or agentic AI technologies is considered a strong advantage.
  • Contributions to open-source ecosystems or involvement in cloud-native communities are highly valued.
  • Existing relationships within the EMEA enterprise technology ecosystem are a plus.
Benefits:
  • Competitive compensation package with performance-based incentives tied to regional growth objectives.
  • Fully remote work environment with flexibility across eligible European locations.
  • Opportunity to work with innovative cloud-native, API, service mesh, and AI technologies at enterprise scale.
  • Collaborative and fast-paced culture focused on technical excellence and continuous innovation.
  • Exposure to leading enterprise customers across multiple industries and international markets.
  • Opportunities to participate in industry conferences, community events, and thought leadership initiatives.
